I started Tops Bonbons in my own kitchen with basic tools and a lot of ideas. I didn’t know if it would work, but I wanted to try something different with chocolate and cocktails.
I spent many hours testing flavors. Some failed. Some worked. I learned by making mistakes and trying again.
At first only friends and family tried my bonbons. When people started asking to buy them, I knew I was on the right path.
That’s how Tops Bonbons started. Simple, small, and driven by passion.

It gives me great pleasure to contribute to the community with the best Cocktail bonbons in town and a place to build relationships.
